OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Ken’s Cowboy Beef Jerky is based out of Houston, Texas since 1996. Ken’s Jerky is smoked with Pecan Wood in a Commercial grade smokehouse. We use only the best Lean Round Steak available. Ken’s products are sold at many trade shows, car shows, and market events such as Your Neighborhood Farmers Market, and Flusher Farmers Market.
