Ken's Cowboy Beef Jerky was founded in 1996 by Ken and Virginia Walker. Based in Houston, Texas, Ken's Jerky is smoked with Pecan Wood in a commercial grade smokehouse. We use only the best lean round steak available. Ken's products are sold online and at local trade shows such as the Houston Boat Show, Home Shows, Auto Rama Car Show, and many others. You can also find Ken and Virginia at the Fulshear Market in Fulshear, Texas two weekends monthly.
